She stands out for her eclectic and experimental style. She explores several techniques to give greater richness to her work. She always knew she wanted to do illustration, but it was during her studies in Strasbourg that her vocation became even clearer, after being immersed in a circle of inspiring people. "(...) it's really encouraging to see people's views and reactions to my work. I feel like I'm introducing them to a world they may never have taken the time to discover." She pays particular attention to the styles of Matisse and Picasso, subsequently coloring her creations with their works.

Are there any themes that you care about and that guide your work? ?
“I really like working on interactions, human bodies, postures, mixing the figurative with the abstract to create a kind of strange world.”
What key element helped you develop your career? ?
“It’s an environment that I find intriguing, which is like a mix of several things that I like to do, but the spark appeared when I did an exchange in Strasbourg where I was surrounded by people even more eccentric than me. I kept my practice more personal for a long time and then this year, I started to target a little more what I wanted to do and it’s really encouraging to see the look and reactions of people towards my work. I have the impression of bringing them into a universe that they may never have taken the time to discover. I always try to keep a more visual art side in each project and to make the illustrations that I do authentic, to leave room for experimentation.
I mostly find my inspiration by being in the act of drawing, by making several sketches, one drawing leads to another. It's like an impulsive gesture that comes out on paper and by having a subject in mind, I try to direct and control it.
What do you think about the range project? How did you determine the guidelines for your concept?
"Thanks to the freedom we were given, and especially the trust we had in our work, I was inspired by the object. The coaster, for example, implies a 'cheers' between individuals, while the deck of cards inspired the symmetry found on standard decks of cards."
"I mainly focused on the color scheme so that the illustrations would work well together, despite the different types of printing for each object. For the rest, I had a lot of fun !»

An object you wouldn't do without to create ?
Paper, a pencil, and a luxury would be tracing paper. I love working by hand to have a more direct and fluid interaction with my medium. Tracing paper allows me to layer shapes and modify their lines.
What element inspires you the most in the range project? ?
“The coaster. I imagined it on a table in the middle of a conversation between two people, part of a social interaction. Thanks to the freedom we were given and especially the trust in our work, I let myself be inspired by the object. The coaster, for example, implies a “cheers” between individuals, while the deck of cards inspired the symmetry found on standard decks of cards.”
How do you see the pairing of promotional items with illustrations? ?
"I think it's fun that these are rather playful objects that will feature our illustrations and that will be found throughout the house. Hopefully, it will add a little smile to many people's faces."
***We are in the last week of the illustrators' creations being submitted. We will soon begin producing the objects with their illustrations! In each box, you will be able to choose from 8 local objects to add to your set. The wall poster will be chosen at random in each and you will find the 4 illustrations in each pack of coasters. The card game is the result of the collaboration of the 4 artists, each developing an image on 12 cards of a symbol. You will be able to recreate the image in the form of a puzzle and play the card game with the 4 different styles. In our own way, this range reflects values of collaboration, mutual aid, diversity, inclusion and equity. We hope you will make it your own and share moments with family and friends, moments that make you feel good.
