Yes, you can come to our workshop to see our different products or have them sent to you by courier.

Production times vary depending on the product. They can range from 2 to 6 weeks.
→ Are there other products available that are not in your online catalog?
Yes, we can provide you with eco-friendly products that are not listed in the general catalog. These products are generally manufactured abroad because we lack the local expertise to produce them.
→ What are the steps after ordering on the website?
A kotmo representative will contact you within 24 hours of your order to confirm the final details. You must prepare your logo in EPS format and your color code for customization.
→ Is it possible to order several colors of the same product in the same online order?
In some cases, yes. You can contact info@kotmo.ca to ensure feasibility.
→ Will I receive a technical proof to approve before my order goes into production?
Yes, we will send you a technical proof to approve before we begin production.
→ Can I add, modify or delete items on my order after completing the transaction?
Yes, the order can be modified after the transaction. However, additional costs may apply.
→ How can I track my order?
A project manager will contact you after your order has been confirmed to receive your logo and prepare your virtual proof. They will explain the steps from production to delivery of your product.
→ What can I do if I have problems with my online transaction?
You can contact us using the Messenger tab located at the bottom right of your screen.
→ Can I order fewer products than the minimum quantities indicated on the website?
Unfortunately, this is not possible since these are minimum quantities to start production.
→ Do I have to pay now when I make an online transaction?
It is possible to arrange a deferred payment when ordering online. We will contact you within 24 hours of completing your purchase to finalize the details with you.
