General Conditions of Use (GCU)


1. Introduction

The purpose of these General Conditions of Use (hereinafter the “GCU”) is to define the terms of access and use of the Kotmo website.

The Kotmo site offers users:

  • Online sales of personalized promotional items for businesses and professionals;

  • A blog offering informative content on communication through objects, eco-responsibility and innovation;

  • A service to connect with the Kotmo team for professional projects.

The site is accessible without prior registration, and is aimed exclusively at a professional audience.

Use of the site implies full acceptance of these T&Cs. If you do not accept all or part of these terms, please do not use the site.

The site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week , except in cases of maintenance or technical problems.

In particular, it is prohibited to:

Kotmo declines all responsibility:

7. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada .

Any dispute will be submitted, in the absence of an amicable agreement, to the competent courts of the judicial district of Montreal , unless otherwise provided.

8. General provisions

8.1 Modification

Kotmo may modify the Terms of Use at any time. The most recent version is available on the website. It is the user's responsibility to consult this document regularly.

8.2 Severability

If any provision is held invalid, the others will remain in force.

8.3 Entirety

The T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between Kotmo and the user.

8.4 Non-waiver

Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
