The purpose of these General Conditions of Use (hereinafter the “GCU”) is to define the terms of access and use of the Kotmo website.

8.2 Severability
If any provision is held invalid, the others will remain in force.
8.3 Entirety
The T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between Kotmo and the user.
8.4 Non-waiver
Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
