  • Quebec and major urban areas : 1 to 3 business days.

  • Remote areas : 3 to 7 working days.

  • Delivery available throughout Quebec.

  • Upon request, shipments can be arranged to other locations in Canada.

🔄 Returns and exchanges

  • As the products are personalized, no returns or exchanges can be accepted, except in the case of manufacturing defects or production errors.

  • In these cases, Kotmo is committed to replacing or correcting the product free of charge.
