Women's entrepreneurship is an integral part of kotmo's identity. The company's two partners, Céline Juppeau and Cindy Couture, work every day to showcase Quebec talent in the promotional products industry. Conscious of the positive impact their company has, they and their team help organizations find local and sustainable solutions to promote their brands.
Discover our two partners:
Celine Juppeau

An interior architect and designer by training, Céline studied in Canada and France. While pursuing her master's degree in design project management at the Université de Montréal, she co-founded the Bellastock Québec Festival, an experimental architecture festival focused on reuse and collaboration. Her training led her to work in Paris, Beirut, Montreal, and New York.
After her master's degree in 2014, she decided to found her own company kotmo , a certified B Corp company , whose mission is to radically transform the promotional products industry.
Passionate about design and sustainable development, she believes these two fields are key to building the future. Céline is involved in causes close to her heart, such as youth engagement and the role of women in our society. She is often invited to discuss sustainable development and the local economy at conferences and panels.
The kotmo object that defines it the most:
" There wooden planter to assemble because like the herbs in the garden, I like to see the ideas we sow grow!”

Cindy Couture

Designer, entrepreneur, journalist, and strategist, Cindy is passionate about creative, environmentally friendly solutions. For her, there's no point in creating if it's only going to pollute.
It was in 2015 that she joined kotmo as a partner with the hope of revolutionizing the promotional products industry by offering sustainable, local, and designer solutions. With over 15 years of experience in communications and marketing, her role is to lead the company towards ever more innovative ideas and projects.
Having graduated with honors with a bachelor's degree in interior design from the Université de Montréal, she uses her knowledge to offer new locally made objects and is working to establish relationships with local partners. Recently, she led the company's graphic redesign to ensure that it is impeccable and that its methods respect kotmo's values as much as her own.
A mother of three, she balances work and family life to be there for her family while managing kotmo's growth.
The kotmo object that defines it the most:
" THE fanny pack because with my role as a mother and entrepreneur, I am always in the heat of the action and I have to have everything at hand at all times!”
