Exclusive and local flavors developed in collaboration with the company État de Choc! After several months of tasting, we created two mini-tablets, one with milk chocolate and cardamom and the other with dark chocolate and crunchy caramel. We had the chance to visit on site, how our chocolate was made, by chef chocolatier Stéphanie Bélanger and Maud Gaudreau, founder of État de Choc.
